GENERAL INFORMATION 

 


 

The entire Club facility is non-smoking. The Club dress code will be in effect: slacks or mid-thigh shorts (no jeans or tank tops), no metal spikes, men’s shirts must have a collar. Jackets and ties are not required in the dining room. For more information, please visit our website.

 

All contestants should report to the "19th Hole" on Wednesday, June 4th, from 4:00pm -

6:00pm to register.

**Cancellation Policy**

 

**If cancellation occurs on or before 7 days prior to the starting date of the tournament, the registrant will receive 100% of the total amount paid less a $30 cancellation fee.

 

**If Cancellation occurs after 7 days prior to the starting date of the tournament, the registrant will receive 75% of the total amount paid (rounded to the nearest dollar).
